Welcome back, traders! Ready to move forward with your registration? In this blog, we will walk you through the process of account verification to ensure everything is smooth sailing for you. Let’s dive in and make sure you are all set!
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Portal
Start by logging in to your client portal. You will need your registered credentials to access your account. Once you are in, you will be guided through the next steps.
Step 2: Click the “Verify” Button
Once you’re logged in, look for the “Verify” button. It should be easy to find on your dashboard. Click on it, and you will be asked to agree to our Data Privacy policy before proceeding. Make sure to read through it carefully.
Step 3: Fill Out the Identity Verification Form
For your identity verification, make sure to fill out all the necessary details in the form. Double-check to ensure that the information you provide matches the details on the ID you are going to use for verification. Accuracy is key!
Once you’ve filled out all the required fields, click Continue to move to the next step.
Step 4: Choose Your Verification Document
Now, you’ll need to select the document you want to use for account verification. For the quickest verification, we recommend using an ID that clearly shows your name, address, and date of birth—like a Driver’s License. Once you’ve chosen your document, click Continue.
Step 5: Upload the Front and Back of Your ID
Next, upload clear photos of the front and back of your chosen ID. Here are some tips for a successful upload:
- Ensure the photo is clear with no flash, reflections, or shadows.
- Make sure all edges of your ID are visible.
- Ensure all the details on the ID are readable.
Once everything looks good, click Continue to proceed.
Step 6: Wait for Your Account Verification
After uploading your ID, all that is left to do is wait. Typically, it takes about 24 hours for your account verification to be processed. Keep an eye on your email inbox for our confirmation once your account is verified.
Step 7: Level 3 Verification (If Needed)
For additional verification (Level 3), go to your profile and click Verify Now. If your ID contains your address, simply upload the same ID used for the identity verification. If not, you will need to provide a proof of address. This could be a bank statement or a billing document, preferably in your name.
