How To Verify Your Trading Account

Welcome back, traders! Ready to move forward with your registration? In this guide, we will walk you through the account verification process to ensure everything goes smoothly. Let’s dive in and get you all set up!

Step 1: Log in to Your Client Portal

Start by logging into your client portal using your registered credentials. Once logged in, you will be guided through the next steps to complete your verification.

Step 2: Click the “Verify” Button

Once you’re logged in, find the “Verify” button on your dashboard. It should be easy to locate. Click on it, and you will be asked to agree to our Data Privacy policy before proceeding. Be sure to read it carefully.

Step 3: Fill Out the Identity Verification Form

For your identity verification, you will need to complete a form with the necessary details. Double-check the information you provide to ensure it matches the details on the ID you plan to use for verification. Accuracy is crucial!

Once you have filled out all the required fields, click “Continue” to move on to the next step.

Step 4: Choose Your Verification Document

Next, select the document you will use for account verification. For the quickest process, we recommend using an ID that clearly shows your name, address, and date of birth, such as a Driver’s License. After choosing your document, click “Continue.”

Step 5: Upload the Front and Back of Your ID

Now, you will need to upload clear photos of the front and back of your chosen ID. Here are a few tips to make sure your upload is successful:

  • Ensure the photo is clear, with no flash, reflections, or shadows.

  • Make sure all edges of the ID are visible.

  • Verify that all details on the ID are readable.

Once everything looks good, click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 6: Wait for Your Account Verification

After uploading your ID, all that’s left to do is wait. Typically, account verification is processed within 24 hours. Keep an eye on your email inbox for confirmation once your account is verified.

Step 7: Level 3 Verification (If Needed)

If additional verification is required (Level 3), go to your profile and click “Verify Now.” If your ID already contains your address, simply upload the same ID you used for identity verification. If not, you will need to provide proof of address, such as a bank statement or a utility bill, preferably in your name.
