Getting started with trading on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is easier than ever. Whether you are new to trading or just need a refresher, our video will show you how to log in to your account using your existing credentials. Follow the simple steps below to quickly get up and running.

Here’s a preview of what you’ll learn in our tutorial video:

Step 1: Open the MetaTrader 5 Platform

Launch your MetaTrader platform and click the MetaTrader 5 icon to begin.

Step 2: Open an Account on MT5

Instead of logging in through the pop-up form, go to the File tab at the top of your screen and select Open an Account from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Choose the Right Broker

In the Open an Account window, select your preferred broker from the list and click Next.

Step 4: Connect to Your Existing Demo Account

Since you already have a demo account, tick the box that says “Connect with Existing Trade Account.” Then, enter your MT5 account number and password.

Step 5: Retrieve Your Account Number

Go back to your client portal to find your MT5 account number. Copy and paste it into the login section, then input your password.

Step 6: Select the Demo Server

For demo account access, make sure the demo server is selected in the Server field.

Step 7: Complete the Login Process

Click Finish to complete the login process. You will know you are successfully logged in when you see a green signal icon in the lower right corner and your balance under the Trade tab.

Once you have completed these steps, you are ready to start trading. It’s that simple!
